150g of the perfect sweetener for your bubble tea! Add this to your tapioca to make a delicious brown sugar syrup.

Storage Tips: Dark brown sugar should be stored in a cool, dry place away from humidity and odours. A wide variation in temperature and/or humidity can result in the sugar caking and hardening. It can be stored for 6 months.
The first time I tried making tapioca I decided not to use the brown sugar and it was a BIG MISTAKE. It levels up the whole drink so if you're making your boba at home I definitely recommend getting the brown sugar as well.
The portion of brown sugar is great to use with the tapioca pearls, and makes them taste a lot better!
