Canada Post Strike Update (September 2025)

The Canada Post strike, which began on September 25, 2025, is affecting mail and parcel delivery services across Canada.

At Retea, we want to make sure you’re informed and confident that your orders will still reach you on time, especially with our Fall launch now live. 🍂🧋

How We’re Handling This:

• Trusted Couriers First: We primarily ship through partners such as Whiz and Intelcom . This means the majority of orders will not be impacted.

• PO Boxes Paused: Canada Post is the only option for PO box deliveries, so for now we’re unable to fulfill orders sent to PO boxes.

What You Can Do to Help:

• Use a Physical Address: If you normally ship to a PO box, please switch to a street address at checkout to avoid delays.

• Order Early: With all couriers busier than usual, placing your order sooner helps ensure your bubble tea essentials arrive without hiccups.

• Choose Local Pick-Up (GTA): If you’re nearby, our local pick-up option in Markham, Newmarket, and North York is always a smooth, reliable alternative.
