• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75 CAD after discounts and before shipping and taxes.

• Standard Shipping Rates (+ tax):

  • As low as $6 CAD for shipping via Stallion Express for metropolitan areas (eligibility varies).
  • $9.95 CAD flat rate for standard shipping within Ontario.
  • $19.95 CAD flat rate for expedited shipping within Ontario.

• Other Provinces (+ tax):

  • $12.95 CAD flat rate for standard shipping.
  • $29.99 CAD flat rate for expedited shipping within Ontario.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Delivery time varies by location; please refer to your tracking number for the estimated arrival date. For any concerns or specific deadlines, please contact us directly.

Curbside Pick-Up (CURRENTLY PAUSED DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON):

Enjoy free and contactless curbside pick-up at these locations in the GTA, Ontario:

  • Markham (Carlton Rd/McCowan Rd)
  • North York (Hwy 404/Finch)
  • Newmarket (Davis/Yonge)

This option will be available after entering your shipping/billing information. Once confirmed, we will reach out via email or text to coordinate the pick-up details. Orders are typically ready for pick-up within 2-4 business days.

Sustainable Shipping Practices:

We are committed to eco-friendly packaging, avoiding the use of plastic bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts, or plastic tape. Visit our FAQ section for more details on our sustainable shipping initiatives.

Liability Notice:

Retea Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages or delays caused by the shipping carrier. Responsibility for the order passes to the carrier once tracking information is provided. Customers should contact the carrier directly for any issues with delivery after the order has left our facility.

INTERNATIONAL

At this time, we do not accept international orders through our website. For international orders for our Cups & Accessories, please visit our Etsy Shop.

Note: We do not ship bubble tea kits or food products outside of Canada and the USA.

• Retea strives to process and ship orders promptly, but delivery times are not guaranteed due to external factors such as weather, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. Once an order is shipped, the delivery timeline cannot be modified.

Customs and Duty Fees:

International orders may be subject to customs and duty fees as determined by the country of import. These fees are not included in your Retea order or shipping total and must be paid by the recipient. Retea is not responsible for import fees.
