🛑 Important Update: U.S. Shipping Temporarily Paused

Hi Retea fam,

We wanted to share an important update regarding our shipping policy. As of July 9, 2025, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily pause all U.S. orders and will only be offering shipping within Canada until further notice.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve encountered unexpected and unusually high customs and tariff charges on several of our U.S. shipments — in some cases, over $100 USD in duties alone, even on small packages.
These fees are being charged directly to customers upon delivery, and we never want you to be surprised by hidden costs or feel pressured to pay more than expected.

We’re actively working behind the scenes to understand what changed, why this is happening, and how we can prevent it in the future. Until we’re confident that your experience won’t be affected by these issues, we believe it’s best to hit pause and find a better solution.

What this means:
• We are not accepting U.S. orders at this time.
• All existing U.S. orders that have not shipped will be refunded in full.
• Canadian shipping remains unaffected and continues as usual.
• We will notify our communi-TEA as soon as we are able to resume U.S. orders.
