I can now drink bubble tea guilt free.. businesses have also been happy to fill it up in my Retea mug! I like that it can take both cold/hot drinks, it's leak proof, and the straw comes with a nice cloth bag? wrapper? to carry it around. I love the product, it solved a problem I had with drinking bubble tea (the waste from packaging) which I like a lot!
Love this shop but this is the 3rd one to break due to temperature change. The first 2 I bought suddenly shattered in the sink when we used hot water so I made a note to myself to not use hot water when washing and only use the cup with milk tea which was fine so we bought 2 more 1 for myself and one for my husband. Then one day when adding ice to the cup the cracks as seen in the photos suddenly appeared and we now have to throw out a 3rd cup. So upsetting since I love the look and feel of the cup and wanted to support a Canadian women led company

I have never tried Boba 🧋 Tea before and was honestly looking for a cool way to drink and transport my smoothies and protein shakes in a sustainable yet cool way. After some digging I found Retea on TikTok and saw they were in Canada 🇨🇦 and wanted to support in solidarity because of all of the foolishness my country 🇺🇸 is putting out in the atmosphere these days. Really fast delivery! The cup is sturdy, glass, the lid is great and I can put my drink in my bag without it spilling. I was a bit worried about leaks from the seal over the straw hole but no leaks so far! It holds really well. The straw is great too. It's the perfect size for boba and while I was a bit nervous that my favourite boba place wouldn't accept a reusable cup (an irrational fear), they had no trouble at all doing so. It's great that I can go get boba now without worrying about the plastic waste.
Love my new ReTea cup. I use it regularly for my morning iced coffee. My favourite features is the silicone stopper that allows me to carry my coffee to work without fear of spillage.

I am obsessed with this cup! Before when I made bubble tea it was such a process to try and mix all the ingredients using a straw. Now I can just shake everything without making a mess. Because I like drinking bubble tea on my bed. There have been times the cup has tipped over while the straw was in it and nothing spilled on my bed! I’m definitely getting another two lol

Shipped earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise! The quality of everything is strong and durable, and the rubber stopper is effective no matter how full the tumbler is, as well as removable for more efficient washing! I use this multiple times a day for a number of beverages with boba, so the purchase was definitely a good investment!

Bought this as a birthday gift for a sibling and they loved it! The cup itself is very sturdy and has a nice weight to it, my personal favorite aspect is the lid. The lid doesn't look like it'll come off easily as it's a screw-top, ensuring your drink won't spill. Cleaning is very straightforward as there aren't many components that need special attention aside from the straw (if you opt in for it). Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a reusable cup/boba cup!
I love this reusable cup. I don’t drink bubble tea but I use it for my ice coffee and it works just as good! I think it would be nice to have a version of the lid with a straw hole that could be used with a regular size straw but even then it’s still a great product!
